I would like to add that after adding a multivitamin, fish oil, and reintroducing meat into my diet after being very very close to vegetarian I did manage to have a clitoral orgasm when my long distance boyfriend came up to visit (even though it was clitoral, flexing during really seemed to help). Sex is usually pretty great after we haven't seen each other for a while, but this orgasm was a big deal since I have only been able to reach 3 or 4 during intercourse in my entire life (this one included) and it had started to become a source of stress in our relationship.
I have some questions though: I've ordered my Gyneflex recently, and as I've been waiting for it to arrive I've been trying to get in some regular 'ol Kegel exercises in. I find that during my exercises and during sex, just when it starts to feel really good, its like I get burnt out and I can barely make my body do anymore. Also, unless we're going at a very slow pace, I have a hard time tuning into those muscles during sex and I sometimes don't even know if I'm flexing them at all. Any thoughts? I also find it problematic to try and relax and enjoy myself yet flex and concentrate at the same time. Is this something that gets easier with practice? |

I'm pleased to hear of your orgasm success!
The PC muscles are like any other muscle and become easily tired if they are not regularly exercised. I think regular use of the Gyneflex will improve your stamina. |
