I just wanted to say first off THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking time to answer questions. It really is incredibly wonderful and helpful.

I'm having a little trouble figuring out how much fish oil I should be taking each day. I'm 5'4 and weigh about 120 pounds.

Also, if the side of the jar says 1000 mg or 50 mg, do you know if that refers to one pill or one dosage of two pills?
