I just got the book about a week ago. I guess I'm getting a head start on my sexual well being but I feel I am behind the curve. I am 24 years old but have always had much undo trouble enjoying sex. I didn't have an orgasm until I was twenty and every time I have had to work extremely hard to achieve one. I don't know if it's a common thing but I have to contract every muscle from my waist down to the point where I feel like I'm working out not making love. Sometimes I'm just too tired to work that hard. I've started taking the fish oil and eating the chocolate. Is it possible to be feeling results already? I think I am. It's only been a few days. I'm feeling sensations during parts of sex that I would normally feel nothing and I feel more sensitive to the parts I already enjoy. I haven't finished the book yet but I'm adding as I go along. I guess that's all for my introduction. I look forward to diving into the diet and speaking more with you ladies. :^) Amanda
Yes, some women it only takes a few days. That's great news!
If your libido is good but you specifically have problems having a clitoral orgasm, in particular read the clitoris chapter. The diet will help with those, certainly, but if you happen to have very low blood pressure there might be a little more going on, and that chapter gives more info.
I honestly don't know which kind of orgasms I'm having. That's something I realized when I started reading. Is that something I'm supposed to know naturally or is it like any orgasm, you don't know until it happens?I haven't made it to that part of the book yet. Should I skip ahead then come back to where I was or just read straight through and get there when I get there?
