I found this online while searching for 40-30-30 diet resources: Zone Buddy Online

Basically it helps you to plan meals that fit the 40-30-30 framework without having to do all the math yourself. I also find it very handy for checking new snack products to see how close they get to the "ideal".

Cool I hope others find this as handy as I have!
