So, has anyone else had trouble with contracting your abdominal and leg muscles while using this? I know it says not to but i'm finding it hard although I am trying. Should I just continue to work at it? anyone have any helpful hints? thanks!

It can be a little tricky at the beginning. Try to do what feels good.

ok thanks! I kinda figured even if I am inadvertent;y using my abd and leg muscles I'm also using my PC muscles so I figure with practice I'll get better!
