I'm new here... just finished reading the book and am DESPERATE to get started!!!!! My poor husband has put up with my non-existant libido for nearly 10 years. We're both quite sick of it!
I'm currently nursing my third baby, so I know I need a high-quality fish oil. Has anyone tried Sealogix fish oil? Serving size: 4 capsules EPA: 1600 mg DHA: 800 mg I hate taking pills, so I'd like to take as few as possible. Thank you! |
