oki bought my fish oil from cotsco..I dont not mean to seem stupid but im unsure how to read the bottle. I have boughten your book.. this what it says.. 1700mg concentrated fish oil with 880 mg omega 3 fatty acids per serving. then onthe back it says natural fish oil concentrate 1700mg
omega 3 epa 480mg omega 3 dha 400 mg serving is 2 pills im taking it that i need 3.5 pills a day I weigh 120 lbs |
