Hello,
I was just wondering: I noticed that many brands of Pharmaceutical grade Fish oil has "mixed tocopherols" aka vitamin E, derived from Soy. Is it ok to take even though it's got some soy in it? And some have high amounts of vitamin E's RDA in each softgel. Does that contribute to harmful amounts of Vitamin E? Some of these brands include Jarrow, and Natural Factors. Thanks a bunch. |

Yes, the soy amounts are small enough to not matter.
I would think the Vitamin E would be fine, check the amount. There is some recent controversy on extra Vitamin E--I used to recommend it but removed it from my book manuscript after the brouhaha. Use your own judgment on that one. |
