I'm having a really hard time figuring out whether my questions have already been posted, so I thought I'd suggest that you further divide the "Diet for Women" section - you could have "Supplements" "Fish Oil" "Gyneflex/Whatever you call that category of exercisers" "Dietary Changes" (or even "The Diet for Vegetarians"! ), etc. Then it would be easier for those of us who, say, have a question about different brands of fish oil to figure out what's already been covered instead of posting a whole new question. It will also prevent you from having to answer the same questions over and over again. Thanks! Steph

Okay. I only suggested it because it's what the other forums I use do, and it makes things a lot easier as far as knowing what's already been said - generally it isn't something that's actually enforced or anything, just makes it easier to find the other people who are discussing what you want to know about. I'm not sure how it would make it hard for people to find their posts, though - they would still know where they posted them. Stickies can be really helpful, yeah. I haven't gone too many pages back in any section of the forums because it's just too much - search doesn't help me much either because the only terms I can use get mentioned a lot, so I don't have any suggestions.
