Hello, I am a new member and have been researching different kegel exercise devices to tighten my pelvic muscles. I am interested in purchasing the MySelf Kegel device.

I've tried that, or something very similar to it.

I think it's kind of a ripoff. I don't think you need biofeedback to do Kegels with resistance. For example, with the Gyneflex, if you can close it you know it's time to move up to the next level. This device seems to have only one level and it's very expensive.

On the other hand, if you aren't really in tune with your girl part sensations, maybe that might be helpful. But I think it would be overkill for most women.
