Are you still hoping to get research funding for studying your diet? Did you publish the book because you gave up on getting funding, to get the information out there, or hoping that it might help you to get funding (by raising interest or awareness or ???)?
I'm just curious. The book seemed a little dumbed-down to me, so I'm also just interested in and curious about the whole thing from a more scientific perspective.
Clearly you just need to come up with some aspect of the diet that could be patented so that it will become interesting to someone. (/sarcasm). Oh well.
Anyway, just curious, good luck

I was forced to dumb down the book for public consumption, the goal was to create an easily read self-help bestseller.

I have deliberately ruined my chances for method patent so I will not be able to get funding from a fish oil company. And that's fine; I wasn't in this for the money. However, I do still hope for grant money either private or federal, but I am waiting for a more benevolent political climate (looks at calendar) say six months from now.

The goal of the book is the same as the goal of a study--to get women to actually do it. The results speak for themselves. I am an evangelical interested in conversion.

Yeah, I assumed that was why the book felt dumbed down - definitely didn't mean to imply anything insulting to you; publishing is a difficult process and I'm just impressed you managed to jump through all the hoops and get it out there.
Here's hoping for both said political climate and also some kind of funding for you to be able to study this further.
I'm starting my supplements today - was already taking some fish oil and a multivitamin and had cut out caffeine, SSRIs, and hormonal birth control before I had even heard of your book, so for me the next step is going to be upping the fish oil and adding in the other two supplements. I'm still trying to work out a daily schedule that allows me to take everything with food but also not take my regular medications within the same window of time as the supplements, because of interactions, absorption rates, etc. I'm also cutting back on soy - if I see an improvement from this stuff, you may well have a new convert on your hands! Smiler
Good luck!
