Hello:

I am new here and I would like to give a little background. I have been almost non-orgasmic all my life. I got married at 23 and lived a pretty unfulfilled sexual life for most of the time. I could orgasm but it was rare and when I had one it was usually strained and not very pleasurable. Lasst year I stumbled across info from Dr. Lin. I don't know if you are familiar with him, but if so please give me feed back.
Anyway when I found his site I could not take his supplements because I was nursing. I started taking them though about 4 months ago, and noticed some changes. My vagina was shrunken and dead looking, now it swells when aroused. Something that I had not experienced since before I married. I even got a clitoral erection twice but it was short lived. All this to say I am on the road to recovery, but no where near where I want to be. I have yet to achieve the great, "I'm seeing stars" orgasm, but they are better than before. I'm not wet enough, but I'm wetter. I want a clitoral erection all the time during sex. I really want to feel that oral sex, it's okay but I'm not sensitive enough yet. I would love to have a female ejaculation. My sister has them and just thought everyone did, but I never have. I can rarely have sex more than once in a day. And I'm hard pressed to perform well even the next day.
I found your book while searching for a way to wean myself off of Dr.Lin's very expensive supplements I cant afford them any more. I am familiar with using diet to cure what ails you because I found a way to control my son's seizures through diet and supplements. And my dads diabeties was controlled without insulin while he was with me. So I found your book and here I am. Happy as a lark to have all this info accessable to me. Boy wish I could have found it 14 years ago, but better later than never. I'm sure I will be a active member on the group.

By the way after all these years of not liking sex, wouldn't you know it now that I'm fixing my problems my husband has an erection problem. I really need the penis to be hard. Any suggestions for helping him?

Sorry for the long post.

Dr. Lin is a quack and he rips people off. My two cents.

My thing is expensive too, the fish oil in particular. But I'm not making a buck off of that, I'm not affiliated with any fish oil company. Women should shop around for the best deal and highest quality.

Give my diet a little time and see what happens. Also your husband might benefit--the diet improves erection quality, although it may speed up his orgasm.

Yohimbe will help with giving a man a hard erection, but he should check with his doctor before taking it, particularly if he's on any medications or has heart problems.

Thanks for the info. I am also having an interest in how to raise testosterone levels without trt therapy. From what you described in the book i should be concerned. I have always had a problem with desire, building muscle. In fact I am lifting now and having a difficult time seeing results. But if i am having a hard time building muscle and this is one of the ways to raise testosterone levels and I cant build because I dont have enough testosterone how can I do it? I am already eating plenty of saturated and monosaturated fats. I eat plenty of butter, cheese, yogurt beef and fish fat plus olive oil. Any other suggestions. I follow atkins so I am already high protein no carbs, and lots of fat. I just ordered the gyneflex and looking for the best fish oil for my money, which I don't have alot of. I don't eat chocolate so that will be a new addition. Any suggestion on which is the best to get? Just want to get a balance in my life, and I am better than I was, but as I said, have a ways to go yet.

Thank You

Well of course lifters know a whole lot more than me about increasing T, but a lot of it is dangerous and unsustainable.

I heard on another board about a very cheap high-quality fish oil made by Pharmax. I haven't tried it yet so I haven't put it on the main board as a recommendation, but I will be trying it. Maybe you could try that? Also krill oil tends to be cheaper, marketed as "marine oil." As long as it has the same purity and the same EPA/DHA levels it should work fine.

Make sure to take the calcium/magnesium/zinc--that will help to lower SHBG and raise free T.

I say give the diet a chance for a couple months at the full dose of everything before fooling with T-enhancing herbals or whatever.

Also, if your husband is having erection difficulties and you are having sex every day, maybe it would help scaling back the frequency a bit?

Kay,
Hi Kay I'm new to the group too. Don't worry about the long post, picture us as a group of people, sitting around, maybe some wine and cheese, talking about sex.

I want to suggest here that if your "husband is never hard like I would like him to be" that you need to step up your level of foreplay. Do you give him foreplay or do you think it is just for women?

With no/or minimal foreplay I will get a perfectly useable erection. But it would not be hard like you need it to be. Rock hard usually needs foreplay, lets say 20 minutes. You can use the squeeze test. I would recommend lubrication for extended foreplay.

Kay I cringed when you said you were not wet enough, couldn't have sex twice in a day and were feeling the effects the next day. Please lube yourself, it is a common practice! Right now your mind is associating sex with pain. Astroglide is a good brand, in drugstores near the condoms.

You might want to try my diet. Some men report much harder and easier erections after being on it. If you try it, do not take the iron, and if you are open to it, use the Aneros instead of the Gyneflex.

I would also say that a woman on my diet should not need lube unless she is new to sex, menopausal, nursing a baby or her partner is unusually large. And of course lube should ALWAYS be used for anal sex.

The diet helps with hormone balance so that lubrication should be plentiful. If not, let me know.
