Hi everybody,
don't give up, I didn't- and I am sixty- tree.

Here's my story:
I am sorry to say so but I never experienced any orgasm in my life. At a rather early age, in my twenties I was operated upon my ovaries- one was removed and one was sticked( I don't know the right word in English)and released.I had boyfriends before, but little sexual experience.A few years afterwards I got married and to my great joy got two children. But I wasn't satisfied at all with my sexual life and went to a doctor, another doctor, a therapeut a shrink, homeopath and so on. Disappointment and more disappointment.I tried a vibrator- the Hibachi one. I got a slight idea what an orgasm could be. In the meantime I've had three vibrators- and I've give up because I had a awful spasm (in my clitoris)last time I used it. I have a pleasant relationship and like the intimacy of sexuality- but regret the fact of my numbness. After I visited the Berman website last week I bought your book. I've always been very much interested in food and supplements. Als I read the book I saw that the diet you proposed had a great simularity with mine- I even take zinc and magnesium. As a fish- lover I eat fat fish twice I week. Recently I've decided to eat a few more compex carbohydrates as I am very thin and I started loosing weight. By the way- I've always been thin and cold and it's getting worse.
Any suggestions would be more than welcome. And maybe you can tell me whether I can buy the Gyneflex in europe. I've emailed them tree days ago but got no answer until now.
Thank you, zaneblue- you're doing a great job for women!

If you are missing an ovary and have problems with the other one, you will need more than my book to help you (although of course my diet will help somewhat).

You probably need to have testosterone replacement therapy from a qualified endocrinologist. I recommend a cycled bioidentical hormone treatment. Suzanne Somers has a book on it called The Sexy Years. Sexually speaking a woman losing her ovaries is like a man losing his testicles.

By the way, my diet is the equivalent of eating fatty fish twice a day. Which you shouldn't do because of mercury!

Many thanks- I've made an appointment with my doctor. What about the gynoflex- I've been shopping and surfing- but I could not find any supplier in Europe. And not yet an answer of gynoflex org.
Any suggestions?

I've found a doctor who is going to help me. het has given me a diet, that has a great simularity with your diet, zaneblue, but he has aked me to eat fish five times a week. He doesn't mind the mercury, he is more concerned about the acidification by meat.
Well, this is my question: if I follow the diet as prescribed, can I half the amount of fish- oil?

I would check with your doctor. Being conservative, I would say only take fish oil on the days you don't eat fish. I really can't recommend eating fish five times a week--I am concerned about the mercury.

Hi Zane,
You may be interested to know that following the information above from Dandelion I ordered the Regular Gyneflex earlier this week, from MyHealth Centre in London and got the following E Mail yesterday.

quote

'Unfortunately we are completely out of stock of regular strength gyneflex due to the highly successful The Orgasmic Diet book by Marrena Lindberg
Our next shipment is due to arrive from the US on 15 February.'

The news is spreading.

Big Grin How funny! Well, that's good to hear. Honestly, the only way I know how the book is doing is by watching amazon and how much feedback I get here.
