Hi!
I bought the gyneflex number 3 & 4 some weeks ago. I have been using it every second day for about 10 minutes each time for 3 weeks. Problem is, I have not noticed much improvements. I can barely move #3. I know I probably should use an easier gyneflex, but thought it would do the same to use #3. Is it supposed to take this long? Btw, I am 52 years old, had 3 children and had to get stitches down there, so perhaps some nerves are cut, making it harder? |

Strengthening PC muscles is just like any other strength training. It can take months, particularly if you are starting out with weak muscles.
If you can move #3 then you don't have to get the lower version. Just keep going. You may want to try for twenty minutes at a time. Your experience sounds about right. It took me about three months to get to where you are right now after giving birth to my second child. |

Sometimes when doing the excercises, I seem to find a muscle that makes it easier to squeeze the gyneflex, like a new muscle has kicked in. But it is hard to find it and use it. Any tips on how to learn to use that particular muscle? |

This will sound silly, but think sexual thoughts. If you are sexually aroused, it will help your body instinctively use the right muscles.
