In my own case, I developed G-spot orgasm ability before I developed cul de sac orgasm ability. In any case, going on my diet will help make all vaginal stimulation feel much more arousing.

What is the difference between a CDS orgasm and a posterior fornix orgasm?
Do they require different types of stimulation?

Hell if I know. I'm not a doctor. I use the term "CDS orgasm" to refer to orgasms hitting the spot up above the cervix, the cul de sac. I'm not sure where the posterior fornix is.

When you say G-spot orgasms, do you mean orgasms resulting from stimulation to an area 2 inches inside, or can this area extend further inside as well?

Sorry I missed this post originally. Yes, two inches inside.

If you can have CDS orgasms which are from stimulation from reaching in as far as you can along the back wall, ie. the posterior fornix, can you also have orgasms from reaching in as far as you can along the front wall, ie. the anterior fornix?

If you hit any area up past my cervix it usually does the trick. I think that's why they call it the cul de sac. Vaginal orgasms aren't like clitoral orgasms. Clitoral orgasms are from stimulating a precise spot--vaginal orgasms are more forgiving.

Are you able to have vaginal orgasms from stimulation to ANY area of your vagina?

Technicalities aside, how are clitoral and vaginal orgasms different in feeling? I had what I believe were 3 vaginal orgasms yesterday. They felt very different from a clitoral O; much more subdued, no physical tremors or body vibrations, and though I felt a marked relaxation in arousal afterwards I didn't have the all over body feeling of satisfaction I can get from a solid clitoral orgasm. I did feel satisfied, just not that yummy delicious fullfillment I generally get from a hard, toy driven orgasm. I assume everyones experiences will be different from mine, and I'm just wondering if that really was a vaginal orgasm or just wishful thinking. The good, no I mean GREAT news is that this is the first time I have ever climaxed like that! I have never had an orgasm just from intercourse before; previously we used toys or oral sex for me to have an orgasm so I am thrilled to no end because this is more proof that this diet is working for me!!

CONGRATULATIONS! Yes, those were vaginal orgasms. That's a very good start! If you keep going on the diet, particularly if you exercise your PC muscles and get them stronger, you will experience stronger, faster and more satisfying vaginal orgasms.

Thanks for the confirmation, Marrena! I am so thrilled by this- in more ways than one- and am happy to report it happened again last night! I am looking forward to ordering a Gyne-flex soon and can't wait to see what it does for me. Keep on, Ladies! This really does work!

I was wondering if you got your book on amazon. If so, a comment there would be very helpful, if you are willing.
I am so pleased with your success!
