Hi  So I'm almost up to the #6 Gyneflex (5 min #6, 15 min #5) and I'm back to doing it twice a week, pretty regularly. An interesting side effect, apart from the increased strength, is that I've discovered that I can move my PC muscles in a ripple, instead of one big clench. I think I can even ripple them in both directions! Marrena, can you suggest a resource for working on the muscle isolation/coordination? It just seems like something really fun I would like to explore. I know there is a woman called Raven in the Seattle area who give workshops on what she calls "Extreme Kegels", and her mySpace page mentions she is working on a book, but I haven't been able to find any details about this topic on the web currently. I was wondering if anyone could help me determine the firmness level of the Gyneflex I should start out with. I am 22 and have never had a child. After being with my husband for 4 years, I am more stretched out and am having problems feeling any pleasure when he's inside of me. I was considering going with the firm resistance, #5 and 6, since I have not given birth to a child, but not sure if I should be starting with the regular resistance, #3 and 4. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

That's a tricky one. I'm not sure either. If I were you I'd get the 5/6 levels because you will want to get to that level anyhow. Then, if you can't flex the 5 at all, you can get the 3/4 level

I am new to all this but I want things to get better for me. I bough the GyneFlex. Now what. I hear users say they are doing it for 20min for 2 days? Is that what I need to be aiming for. And do what for 20minutes? How do I know if i bought the correct stregth? Do i have to continue to do these for the rest of my life? I am hoping to be able to hold my urine longer and to one day be able to finally have an orgasm and KNOW it.
Never had an orgasm that I know of. Want to stregthen muscles due to haveing large baby. Want to feel less insecure inthe bedroom
