Which one is the best one to use in your opinion? Have you tried both of them? I want to order one, but I want to make sure I get the one that will work the best.
I've had my Gyneflex for a week and a half - I'm only up to 12 minutes on the #3, every other day, but I can tell it is working much better than the egg or just doing Kegels.
One caveat: the little packet of lube that came with mine was Astroglide. A good lubricant, but glycerin based, which is a problem if, like me, you are prone to yeast infections. I reccomend Liquid Silk or Good Vibrations Creme instead.

Yes, it's like a Nautilus machine for your PC muscles.
Personally I've never had to use lube at all. Then again, using the thing at this point causes me to repeatedly orgasm, which is certainly a workout incentive.
Quick update: Last week I made it 20 minutes with the Gyneflex #3. Today I tried the #4, it took more effort, but I was able to close it, did 10 minutes, then felt a bit uncomfortable so I switched back to the #3 for the last 10 min. Progress!

What device do you recommend for tighting and toning the furthest muscles i.e. the rear to middle vaginal muscles?

Question about the gyneflex excercises: I've been doing them in the basic "missionary" position, most often with my neck or upper body supported with pillows. Should I be doing them in other positions as well, or will all the target muscles be worked the way I'm doing them now?

Hope this isn't TMI - but I've found that using a pumping motion (as if I were having missionary sex with an actual MAN) gives me more oomph to close the gyneflex. It's not that I'm pushing against the bed, but I think maybe my muscles are more supported in the down stroke and I can really squeeze that sucker!!!
I'm looking forward to more than a dress rehearsal someday. I've only had the thing a few weeks and used it for 20 minutes once or twice a week. I could tell a difference after the first session.
I'm finally up to the full 20 minutes on the #5, and I found myself naturally going into what I call "yoga breathing": long slow inhale where I really focus on relaxing all my muscles, and a long slow exhale where I focus on only squeezing the pelvic muscles.
I have a tendency to tense up everything, so this is good practice for me.
