I have always been a very sexually confident person and have always had the ability to have very intense and multiple orgasms. My current partner and I have begun to have problems. We sort of had problems from the beginning with having differing preferences. He prefers oral sex and I prefer vaginal sex. But I was able to have orgasms with him. They were weaker than I had ever experienced before but I was having them. Once and a while I would have what I call a 10 orgasm ( on a scale of one to 10 )Now I am not having any pleasure sensations at all. I get aroused and I seem to peak but I only get vaginal contractions with zero pleasure...absolutely. I am desperate and my marriage is ending over this. My husband takes it personally and is jealous that I could have orgasms before but not with him. Please offer me some advice. Has anyone else ever experienced this.

That's difficult. From his point of view, he's not big enough to satisfy you.

That's not the case--if you were able to occasionally have a 10 orgasm, you can have them all the time. My diet will help with that, particularly the Gyneflex exercises.

If it's a stamina issue, get a dildo his size or smaller and have him use it on you until you are close, and then have regular sex.
